Many Corporate Flu Vaccination Vouchers have now expired.
We need to ask you a few questions to make sure we direct you to the right booking process.
If you need help reading or understanding health information, please ask your Boots pharmacist for advice.

Are you using anticoagulant medication or injections (sometimes called "blood thinners"),
for example warfarin or a DOAC? This does not include aspirin, clopidogrel, dipyridamole,
prasugrel (Efient) or ticagrelor (Brilique). -
Do you have a blood clotting disorder that means you bleed for longer than usual?

Find a Boots pharmacy near you and select a time slot
Enter your town or post code to choose a convenient store, then pick a date and time.

Login or register for a Boots accountWe need to create an account for you so that we have your details for the appointment.

Complete the online consultationWe need to ask you questions to make sure the flu vaccine is suitable for you.

Apply your voucher number during checkoutEnter the voucher code from your flu vaccination e-voucher, for example 40120807-ABRAC
Your organisation has already paid for your voucher, you do not need to pay.
If your code is not accepted at first, try typing it out instead of copy-and-pasting. -

Confirm your appointment by clicking 'Complete order'You must complete this step or your appointment will not be booked.

Attend the appointment at your selected store, date and timeYou can amend your booking using your Boots online account.

Confirm the appointment typeYour company has paid for your vaccination, you do not need to pay in store.
